Private Sessions
We offer private sessions in any of our studios or at your location. A private session with one of our amazing instructors can be an excellent team building experience and a great compliment to any long meeting days or just a way to jumpstart a day when your team needs to be energized and creative.
Wellness Workshops
We have created learning modules to dive deep into the 5 areas we believe our most essential to everyone’s physical and mental health: Movement, Meditation, Sleep, Hydration and Nutrition. These 90 minute workshops are highly interactive and challenge your team to think about how they can integrate simple habits into their everyday life to improve their productivity and wellbeing.
Wellness Programs
Our health coaches can work with your team to facilitate 5, 10 or 30 day wellness programs that focus on movement, nutrition, hydration, sleep and/or meditation. We have a variety of options to choose from like our 5 Day Sugar Detox to a 30 Day Movement Challenge. Each wellness program includes an Ebook with essential information on the WHY of this program, group coaching calls with a health coach and daily accountability through a What’s App chat where our coaches are checking in and encouraging staff to stick with the program. These programs are designed to give the employee an opportunity to focus on their mental and physical health so they can jumpstart their most powerful life.
One-on-One Health Coaching
Many people struggle to get started with changing their diet or starting a movement practice. Our health coach can work one-on-one with your employees to devise a plan that suits their lifestyle. Each session is highly personalized for the person’s goals and the health coach can provide check-ins and accountability to stick to the plan.
