Format: This 50-hour training includes a mix of in-person instruction in Indianapolis, practice teaching, reflective journaling, and guided self-study. All participants will receive a manual and access to downloadable materials to support your learning. 

Description: This 50-hour training is designed for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, and dedicated students who seek to expand their understanding of Yin Yoga while learning to skillfully guide classes and integrate this modality into their current practices to achieve balance in body and mind. 

Participants will explore the anatomy, energetics, and philosophy of stillness while building the confidence to hold space for profound inner work. Through embodied learning, hands-on practice, and reflective inquiry, this training empowers you to guide others through safe, inclusive, and transformational experiences.

    ABOUT ERIN

    Erin Polley, E-RYT 500, is the lead instructor and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). Erin is a seasoned yoga educator, global retreat leader, and trauma-informed facilitator with over two decades of teaching and community-care experience. 

    She specializes in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and nervous-system regulation, bringing a grounded, deeply attuned approach that empowers teachers to guide safe, inclusive, and transformative practices.

    Is this training eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credits? 
    Yes. Because Erin is a registered YACEP, this training qualifies as official Yoga Alliance Continuing Education hours. Teachers registered with Yoga Alliance may apply all 50 hours toward their required continuing education credits. Certificates of completion will clearly indicate CE-eligible hours for easy submission to Yoga Alliance.

    Fridays: 6 pm - 9 pm

    Saturday + Sundays: 9 am - 6 pm
